Smart Circle is dedicated to providing the most strategic face-to-face marketing solutions available. To that end, our sales development department oversees the customization of client programs and sales solutions. The team works with other department managers to ensure the smooth execution of sales programs, manage program logistics, monitor inventory and scheduling, and provide overall planning guidance. They are also responsible for monitoring bottom line results and recommending changes as appropriate, tracking progress and successful achievement of client goals.

The retail compliance department is responsible for ensuring compliance with retailer requirements, providing personalized communication with retail stores and corporate management teams, and confirming retailer requirements are met and that any issues are promptly addressed. They provide constant communication via phone, email, and on-site audits to maximize success for our clients and enhance customer experience.
