Smart Circle’s FW1 Division announced it held a Team Day for networking and team building in the California Bay Area last week. Independent Corporate Distributors (ICD’s) from the Division’s Hayward and San Jose markets joined together for the event, where they participated in a variety of teamwork and relationship building activities. The event was well attended, with 20 ICD’s coming from the San Jose market and 10 from Hayward. In addition to meeting new people, ICD’s benefited from learning sales techniques from their fellow peers.
The FW1 Division has experienced sales success in the Bay Area and far beyond. The Division recently opened its Fort Lauderdale market, and plans to expand into Chicago or Boston within the next two months.
