The New Year is off to a great start for Smart Circle’s DIRECTV Division, which will launch in the Novi, Missouri market on Thursday, January 19, 2012. The Division recently opened its West Phoenix, AZ and Harrisburg, PA markets at the end of last year, and expects to continue its widespread expansion efforts throughout the New Year.
